Kentucky's High Efficiency Heat Pump Rebate Information Page
We continuously work to give our customers the best deals on heating & air conditioning systems in Kentucky. We created this page to give you details about some of the different rebates available to our customers. Our rebates are available to most of our customers in Pikeville, Ashland, Richmond, Lexington, Prestonsburg, Paintsville, Louisa, Belfry, Georgetown, Salyersville and surrounding areas. As a rule of thumb, generally the higher the efficiency of the heating and cooling system you purchase the larger the rebate will be. Some rebates may not be available for manufactured housing.
Electricity Provider Rebates (AEP, Big Sandy RECC, LG&E, KU)
Many power providers offer rebates when you upgrade the old heating and cooling systems in your home. They do this to encourage everyone to use energy more wisely which in turn helps the customer save money. There are certain stipulations in place to obtain that rebate however. When you upgrade your old electric furnace to a new high efficiency heat pump and we can get you a $400 rebate from AEP (Kentucky Power) or up to $1,000.00 from Big Sandy RECC. When you upgrade your old heat pump; the rebates are smaller, but you can still get $400.00 to $800.00 back from your power provider depending upon what SEER rating (efficiency) you purchased. Due to recent changes within the program, our comfort advisor must inform you that the rebate will be provided to you from the power company. If they do not advise you of this, your rebate may not be filed by us for you to receive your rebate. Additionally contractors now have the option to accept your rebate & discount your unit cost.
Kentucky Power also provides a $25.00 mail in rebate on our home dehumidifiers and home air purifier systems.
The best way to be sure that you are obtaining every rebate you are entitled to is to call us today to schedule your free in home estimate (606) 949-1114. These rebates come directly from your power provider and have no relation to us. We will however submit your paperwork for you when we can and have a dedicated office staff ensuring you get every rebate you are entitled to.

From time to time, Eastern Air Flow of Kentucky LLC will provide our own corporate rebates that come directly from us with the purchase of a new high efficiency heating and cooling system. The amount varies, but the savings can be quite substantial. When you have our comfort advisor in your home be sure to ask them what type of corporate rebates we offer with the purchase of a high efficiency system.
Manufacturer Rebates
Just like our own corporate rebates from time to time the manufacturers of our heating and cooling equipment will offer consumer rebates. These rebates come directly from the factory with your new purchase and has nothing to do with our company. We will submit your paperwork and a few weeks later you will receive your money. You can really save big, when purchasing a 20 SEER heat pump and combining most of the rebates listed above for up to thousands of dollars off retail.
