Good evening everyone, we hope that everyone has had a good weekend at home with their families. We wanted to take some time today to make a post to inform our customers of our business procedures during this COVID-19 Pandemic currently facing our nation and our wonderful Commonwealth here in Kentucky.

The Department Of Homeland Security has published a list of "Essential Critical Infrastructure Workers." HVAC businesses are included in that list. We want to let our customers know that our field personnel at this time will be operating under normal business hours during this time for as long as possible. We offer our HVAC & Indoor Air Quality services to residential customers as well as businesses including Hospitals and Doctor’s offices.
 
Our office located in Prestonsburg, Kentucky will still be open daily but with reduced hours for the public. We never have more than 10 individuals in our office and ask that the public will continue to help us stay under this limit. If you or a house-hold member have been feeling ill lately we ask that you please do not come to our office and give us a call to schedule service or to inquire about our services.
 
We have informed our employees to keep a minimum of a 6ft distance from customers, avoid handshakes, and use plenty of hand sanitizer and disinfectant in the work trucks when completing installs, service calls etc. None of our employees are currently sick, and we will not allow sick employees to work to prevent the spreading of germs amongst the work place and our customers.
Once again, if you or a household member is feeling sick, but need emergency service, please let us know when you call so additional P.P.E. precautions may be taken.
 
We have fielded several phone calls per day inquiring about our business hours & operational procedures. We have an obligation to the communities we serve to ensure that our customers are comfortable with the necessary heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems while confined to your home for extended periods.
 
 
This week, we will be conducting several live video posts, and posting several social media posts that will highlight and detail our various home performance services that may be of value to you and your household during time periods such as these such as Solar Panels, Generators, New Heating systems, New Cooling Systems, Indoor Air Quality products such as advanced filtration systems, U-V Lighting Purification systems, and Emergency HVAC Repairs. When the temperatures do increase soon, we will be offering emergency air conditioning replacement and repair services that will include same-day installs, same day repairs, and expedited installation and repairs that will only take a few short hours.
 
At this time we have not seen many delays on new heating and cooling equipment, but have seen delays on shipping, certain OEM repair parts, etc. We will continue to work with our team of suppliers to offer the best HVAC services possible to all of our customers.
