frontier gas llc violates kentucky natural gas tarifF in wayland, Kentucky--file your claim now

Frontier Natural Gas LLC is currently supplying natural gas to homes in the Wayland, Kentucky area that is not of pipeline quality natural gas and violates the Kentucky Natural Gas Tariff on natural gas purity standards. I have tested the natural gas at an independent lab with a chain of custody and video documentation that proves Kentucky Frontier Gas LLC is selling and distributing sub-par natural gas.

I am requesting an immediate court hearing regarding Frontier Gas LLC's natural gas quality to the Wayland, Kentucky area. We have installed some newer (2-3 year old) natural gas appliances in the Wayland, Kentucky area that are not compatible with the poor quality of natural gas being delivered to customers there.

​We have several Natural Gas analyses on file recently which indicate that the methane content of the natural gas is super low, which is one of the main causes of improper combustion in your natural gas appliances. Further more, the propane content is high, and ethane is high in our lab samples.

The BTU content is much higher than that of which North American HVAC equipment manufacturers design their systems for. The standard BTU content for natural gas heating appliances is 1,050 BTU PER CUBIC FOOT. The Kentucky Natural Gas Tariff as posted below this text indicates that natural gas in Kentucky should not have a BTU content above 1,200 BTU PER CUBIC FOOT. The Tariff states that the BTU content of natural gas should be between 1,000 BTU to 1,200 BTU PER CUBIC FOOT. While it is not the HVAC contractors responsibility to test the quality of natural gas before each new heating system installation, we are willing to help the citizens of Wayland, Kentucky with this natural gas quality problem since your locally elected official Mayor Jerry Fultz has failed you.  

We are actively investigating this crime and assisting residents in the city of Wayland, KY to file Kentucky Public Service Commission complaints as well as filing complaints with The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).
The FERC is the United States federal agency that regulates the transmission and wholesale distribution of electricity and natural gas in interstate commerce and regulates the transportation of oil by pipeline in interstate commerce. ​We are requesting immediate relief and are holding Frontier Natural Gas LLC accountable for their crimes and are holding them responsible for any and all damages to customers and contractors that have been incurred. We will continue reaching out to residents in the Wayland, Kentucky area to test their natural gas quality. I would ask the citizens of Wayland, Kentucky to strongly consider opposing him from being re-elected Mayor of Wayland. While he has done some good works for Wayland, you will find that many of the things he has done while in office has been very self serving and self rewarding. Mr. Fultz would rather take advantage of the citizens, contractors, and homeowners of Wayland, Kentucky rather than hold Frontier Gas LLC accountable for their crimes against the citizens of Wayland. We are examining our legal recourses against Mayor Jerry Fultz as well for his failure to advocate for the citizens of Wayland, Kentucky.
